Synopsis

After a family tragedy, prodigy Li Fong is uprooted from his home in Beijing and forced to start over in New York City with his mother. Struggling to adapt and leave the past behind, trouble seems to follow him wherever he goes. When a new friend needs his help, Li enters a karate tournament — but his skills alone won’t be enough. His kung fu mentor, Mr. Han, turns to the original Karate Kid, Daniel LaRusso, for help. Together, they teach Li a new way to fight — combining two styles for the ultimate martial arts showdown.
