Synopsis

Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle and Oscar-nominated screenwriter Alex Garland reunite for the film 28 Years Later, a new terrifying story set in the world created by 28 Days Later. Nearly three decades have passed since the virus escaped from a biological weapons lab, and now, during a strict quarantine, some have found ways to live among the infected. One such group of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single, heavily guarded bridge. When a member of the group leaves the island on a mission to the heart of the mainland, they uncover secrets, wonders, and horrors that have transformed not only the infected but also other survivors.
