ΤΟ ΦΟΙΝΙΚΙΚΟ ΣΧΕΔΙΟ (THE PHOENICIAN SCHEME)

Synopsis

The story of a family and a family business. 1950. Za-Za Korda, an enigmatic industrialist and one of the richest men in Europe, survives yet another assassination attempt—his sixth plane crash. His complex and ruthless business practices have made him an enemy not only in the eyes of his competitors but also of foreign governments of all ideologies, placing him squarely in the crosshairs of assassins. He is now in the final phase of a decade-long plan that will define his career: the Korda Phoenician Infrastructure Project, aimed at exploiting a potentially rich but neglected region. The personal financial risk is enormous. Threats to his life are constant. At this critical moment, he chooses to appoint and prepare his heir: his estranged 20-year-old daughter, Lisel, who has since become a nun.
