Synopsis

John Kramer is back. SAW's most disturbing episode still explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw's most personal game. Between the events of SAW I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a dangerous and experimental medical procedure in the hope of a miraculous cure for his cancer - only to discover that the entire procedure is a scam designed to deceive the most vulnerable. Armed with a new purpose, the notorious serial killer returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his trademark visceral way through devious, deranged and inventive traps.
