Synopsis

Known as “the greatest never to be,” Sonny Hayes was the most promising Formula 1 phenomenon of the 1990s—until a crash on the track nearly ended his career. Thirty years later, he’s a nomadic paid driver when approached by his former teammate Ruben Cervantes, owner of a struggling Formula 1 team on the brink of collapse. Ruben convinces Sonny to return to Formula 1 for one last chance to save the team and become the best in the world. He will race alongside Joshua Pierce, the team’s rookie determined to set his own pace. But as the engines roar, Sonny’s past catches up with him, revealing that in Formula 1, your teammate is your toughest rival—and the road to redemption is not one you can travel alone.
